The corrugated plate not only increases the turbulence level of the fluid, but also reduces the thermal resistance of the liquid film of the fluid; And it forms many support points that are sufficient to withstand the pressure difference of the medium. The use of thin plates with a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm reduces the heat transfer resistance on the wall surface, and there is no bypass, greatly improving its total heat transfer coefficient.
